Hi there! My name is Kirsten Anderson. I am a current student at Brigham Young University working toward my degree and license as a Registered Dietitian. I am a fitness enthusiast, a dancer, a CrossFitter, a yogi, but above all else, I am a voice and promoter of health and wellness. I believe there is an empowerment that accompanies good eating and an active lifestyle.
This blog, in some ways, is a documentation of my own personal journey toward fitness. Along with recipes, tips and tricks, motivation and all other exercise and nutritional information, this blog is designed to uplift and help us all make the change we need to achieve what we want to be.
